| Hey everyone Sub here again to bring you a review of the newest installment of the PoP series The Forgotten Sands. I'll start off by saying i was really looking forward to playing this game as i am a huge fan of the PoP franchise, and i needed a break from all those shooting games Anyways as soon as you start you are getting flaming arrows shot at you! What a warm welcome ey? Right from the get go you start off on your platforming adventure and it does feel kind of awkward as the controls are a little clumsy and sometimes the game will do something else other than what you intended to do. The platforming is great in my opinion though its not as great as its predecessors as it gets very repetitive extremely quick. And as for the combat it is absolutely horrible! The combat is really slow, the enemies are slower, there is no acrobatic moves like in the TSoT, it seemed like if they came up with the fighting moves at the ;ast second as they seem to have done with the cinematics, audio, and magic powers. The audio cuts off a lot and the music is horrible it adds no emotion to the game, and the story is even more bland and worse than the music. It does not tell any story and BIG SPOILERS DO NOT READ IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME.....................................................................................for someone who had to kill his own brother I did not feel sorry for him as i did not get into the story and it seemed as the prince didn't care at all either,in fact the voice act seemed boring, like if they did not want to be there. In fact there really isnt a story, not a good one at least. I had high hopes for this game but i was disappointed i give this game a 5.5/10 Stay Frosty People and keep on gaming | |
